A longtime Southwest Florida resident, Jimmy brings extensive real estate experience and more than 15 years in the construction industry, including serving as a Business Development Manager working closely with many of the nation's largest homebuilders.

His unique background provides valuable insight into new construction, resale homes, investment properties, and the building process itself. From understanding construction quality and builder incentives to identifying opportunities in the local market, Jimmy's experience helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.
